Magnolia Metal Corporation manufactures and supplies bronze products built for demanding bearing and wear applications. Select a product category below to learn about typical uses, material options, and how to order.

If you are not sure which product or alloy fits your application, our team can help.

How to Choose the Right Product

The right Magnolia product depends on how much machining you want to do, whether you need a finished bearing or raw stock, and whether your application requires a babbitted bearing surface. If you already have finished dimensions and need a ready-to-install part, completely finished bronze may be the best fit. If you plan to machine the part in house, continuous cast bronze or semi-finished bearings may be a better starting point.

If your application requires a softer anti-friction lining over a bronze shell, babbitted bronze bearings may be the right choice. For customers who line bearings in house, Magnolia also supplies babbitt metals for a range of load, speed, shock, and temperature conditions.

Completely Finished Bronze

Completely finished bronze parts are machined to your blueprint and specifications in our CNC equipped machine shop. This is a great option when you need tight tolerances, consistent repeatability, and parts that are ready to install on arrival.

Continuous Cast Bronze

Our continuous cast bronze is produced for consistent structure and dependable performance in bearing and wear applications. We offer a wide range of sizes and alloys so you can start with the right bar stock for your machining and production needs.

Semi-Finished Bearings

Semi-finished bearings help reduce your machining time by providing a part that is closer to final dimensions. With a broad size range available, you can often purchase less excess metal and get to a finished component faster.

Babbitted Bronze Bearings

We manufacture babbitted bronze bearings to exacting standards for applications that require reliable anti friction performance. Our team can help you match the right bearing metal to your load, speed, lubrication, and service conditions.

Babbitts

We offer babbitt metals for customers who line their own bearings or parts in house. Choose from proven bearing metal options designed for different combinations of load, speed, shock, and temperature.
